Texor Energy is a renewable infrastructure company focused on building scalable energy and mobility platforms. As part of our expansion, we are developing an integrated EV mobility ecosystem, combining owned/leased electric fleets (trucks, cabs) with end-to-end charging infrastructure (captive and public EV stations) to support large-scale decarbonization of transportation.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Director – EV Mobility to join the founding team and lead this vertical end-to-end. This is a business leadership role with full P&L; ownership, responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the EV mobility platform across fleet, charging infrastructure, partnerships, go-to-market, and revenue strategy.

Core Responsibilities
1. EV Fleet (Leasing, Deployment & Operations)
Define fleet acquisition strategy (EV trucks, cabs, commercial vehicles) aligned with demand segments




Structure and execute leasing and deployment models (fixed lease, per km, hybrid)
Oversee full lifecycle: procurement, deployment, utilization, maintenance, and replacement
Drive unit economics including TCO optimization, utilization, and revenue per asset
2. EV Charging Infrastructure (End-to-End Station Ownership)
Lead complete EV charging station development lifecycle
Site identification, feasibility, land acquisition/leasing, and approvals
Power connectivity, load approvals, and regulatory compliance
EPC management: design, procurement, installation, commissioning
Technology and vendor selection (chargers, software, network systems)
Ensure uptime, safety, and operational excellence
Drive charging monetization (captive + public usage)
3. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
Build and scale relationships with logistics, delivery, and mobility companies
Establish B2B partnerships for fleet deployment and charging utilization
Structure commercial agr
