Position Overview:

Hilary Rhoda Cosmetics is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the Human Resource function while ensuring smooth administration and IT Coordination across the organization. This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders, managing the HR team, monitoring key HR metrics, ensuring policy compliance, and building a high-performing, employee-centric culture. The HR Manager will oversee all HR operations while ensuring effective workplace administration and IT support for business continuity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

HR Leadership & Talent Acquisition Oversight:
Lead and oversee the organization's talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning.




Review manpower requirements and hiring plans with business leaders.
Guide and support the HR team to ensure timely hiring and achievement of recruitment goals.
Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring quality, and overall recruitment effectiveness.
Strengthen employer branding initiatives and develop talent pipelines through recruitment partners and educational institutions.

Employee Lifecycle Management:
Review employee exit processes, including exit interviews, clearance, asset recovery, and Full & Final settlements.
Continuously improve employee lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Performance Management & Organizational Development:
Lead the organization's performance management framework, including KRAs, KPIs, goal setting, and appraisal cycles.
Partner with business leaders to drive employee development and succession planning.
Coach managers on performance management and employee development.
