Role Description The SaaS Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling i2Global’s virtual learning software solutions to educational institutions, training organizations, and enterprise clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to solution presentation, negotiation,



and closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, conducting product demos, preparing proposals, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offerings. The role also includes tracking sales metrics, forecasting, and reporting, while nurturing long-term client relationships and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The SaaS Sales Manager will mentor junior sales team members and contribute to improving sales processes and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications

Strong SaaS sales skills, including consultative selling, solution-based sales, and managing full sales cycles for B2B software products.
Experience in education technology, virtual learning platforms, or selling to academic institutions and training providers.
