Role Description
The Transition Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning, managing, and executing service transitions for new and existing clients, ensuring smooth handover from project implementation to steady-state operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams,



defining transition plans, tracking milestones, managing risks, and aligning service delivery with contractual and performance goals. The Transition Manager will collaborate closely with program management, IT service management, and delivery teams, while providing training and support to internal stakeholders and client teams to enable successful adoption of services and solutions.
