Role Overview
As a Customer Success Associate at Nervex Health, you will own the end-to-end health, retention, and growth of a portfolio of hospital pharmacy accounts. You are a revenue and relationship owner, not a back-office support function.
In this role, you will act as a trusted operational and procurement advisor to hospital administrators, pharmacy heads, and procurement leaders. Your mission is to drive product adoption, maximize supply chain efficiency, ensure seamless onboarding, and unlock expansion opportunities across your accounts.

What You DoAccount Growth & Commercial Ownership
Drive Portfolio Revenue: Own renewals, retention, and Net Revenue Growth targets across your assigned hospital accounts.
Identify Expansion: Proactively discover and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to deepen Nervex Health’s footprint.
Demonstrate ROI: Continuously track, quantify, and communicate measurable business value (procurement savings, inventory management, returns management) to key customer stakeholders throughout their lifecycle.

Adoption & Operational Success
Client Activation: Lead new customer onboarding and post-go-live execution to showcase immediate value creation and robust initial product adoption.
Driving Utilization: Conduct web-based and on-site meetings, user training, and operational check-ins to build deep product utilization among pharmacy end-users.
Structured Reviews: Prepare and lead impactful Business Reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with senior executive sponsors and pharmacy heads, delivering strategic recommendations and updates.
Risk Management & Voice of Customer
Proactive Retention Strategy: Monitor account health indicators, usage data, and purchasing patterns to detect early signs of churn risk or dissatisfaction, executing swift recovery plans.
Rapid Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for high-level account escalations, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues with urgency
