Role Overview
Hub and Oak is looking for a driven and well-presented Residential Sales Advisor to manage the sale and purchase of residential properties across South Delhi.
The role involves generating leads, sourcing suitable properties, advising buyers and sellers, conducting site visits and managing transactions from initial enquiry to closure.




Key Responsibilities
● Advise clients on buying, selling and investing in residential properties.
● Source builder floors, apartments, independent houses, plots and luxury residences.
● Build relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, developers and local brokers.
● Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
● Conduct property presentations, site visits and negotiations.
● Generate leads through referrals, databases, property portals and local networking.
● Obtain and verify property details, pricing, ownership documents and availability.
● Assist clients with negotiations, documentation, due diligence and transaction closure.
● Track property prices, inventory and market trends across South Delhi.
● Maintain an updated CRM database of clients, properties and ongoing transactions.
