About The Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who can independently manage payroll, statutory compliance, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, and HRMS.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR processes and should be comfortable working on HRMS platforms such as Keka, Zoho People, greytHR, Darwinbox, or similar systems.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management - Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payouts. - Handle payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, arrears, deductions, reimbursements, F&F;, and salary revisions. - Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing, salary payouts, and payroll-related accounting requirements. - Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, payslips, tax, PF, PT, and other payroll matters.
Prepare payroll MIS, variance reports, payroll summaries, and other management reports. - Manage full & final settlement process, including recoveries and employee dues.




Statutory Compliance - Manage day-to-day statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, TDS, Labour Laws, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable regulations. - Ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory returns and payments. - Maintain compliance records and documentation for audits and inspections. - Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government authorities whenever required. - Keep track of changes in labour laws and statutory requirements and ensure necessary implementation.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle - Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit. - Handle onboarding, documentation, employee verification, confirmation, transfers, promotions, salary revisions, and exits. - Maintain accurate employee master data and personnel records. - Issue and manage appointment letters, confirmation letters, salary revision letters, transfer letters, experience letters, and other HR
