Associate Customer Success Manager

Location: Bangalore, India

Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM IST

Reporting to: Shreya Hegde, Associate Manager, Customer Success

About The Role

We’re looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager (ACSM) to join our Customer Success team in India.



In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of customers and help them maximize the value they receive from Quickbase throughout the customer lifecycle.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, understand business goals, drive onboarding and adoption, monitor customer health, mitigate risks, and support renewals and growth. You’ll also collaborate closely with teams across Quickbase to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Adoption

Build trusted relationships with customers and develop a strong understanding of their business goals and desired outcomes.
Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing adoption of Quickbase.
Lead customer meetings, success reviews, and regular engagement conversations.
Develop and maintain Success Plans with transparent goals, outcomes, and next steps.
