Hero Vired is a Hero Group company building the next generation of career and leadership education at the intersection of business, technology, AI and the future of work. We’re looking for a sharp, curious, creative marketer who understands that marketing today is much more than making posts. Someone who can spot a trend, turn an idea into a reel, understand why one piece of content works and another doesn’t, build a community - and use AI to make all of it smarter and faster.

What will you do? You’ll be a marketing generalist with a solid bias towards Content, Brand & Social, working closely with the marketing team to build how Hero Vired shows up in the world.
01 - Own Social Social will be a big part of your role. ● Ideate, create and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn and emerging platforms. ● Stay on top of trends, creators,



internet culture and new formats - and figure out what is relevant for the brand. ● Think beyond “what should we post?” to “what will people actually want to watch, share, save or talk about?” ● Track content performance and use data to understand what is working and what we should do next. ● Experiment with hooks, formats, narratives and content series.

02 - Create Content We want someone who is comfortable being close to the content. ● Conceptualise reels, carousels, campaigns, social-first videos and other digital formats. ● Write hooks, captions, scripts and content narratives. ● Support shoots and get involved in the actual creation process. ● Have a good eye for design and visual storytelling. ● Be comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, Figma and AI-powered creative tools. You don't need to be a designer or video editor. But you should be able to make things happen yourself.
