Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, inside sales, telecalling, or business development is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Solid interpersonal, counselling, and persuasion skills.
Good listening and relationship-building abilities.




Comfortable working with targets and performance-based incentives.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Positive attitude, ownership, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students and understand their educational and career requirements.
Explain and sell the company's courses/programs to students through calls, WhatsApp, meetings, webinars, and other channels.
Generate and convert student leads into successful course admissions.
Work closely with universities, colleges, and educational institutions to generate student leads and drive course enrolments.
Coordinate with sales agencies/education partners for lead generation and student admissions.
Follow up with prospective students and parents throughout the sales and admission cycle.
Explain course curriculum, fees, duration, benefits, and career outcomes clearly to student
