About the Role
We’re looking for a Wedding Decor Designer with 2–4 years of experience in wedding decor, who can bring together creative design, practical execution and commercial costing.

What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of wedding decor & design.
Ability to develop concepts, moodboards and 2D layouts.
Proficiency in Canva and 2D layout tools.

Valuable knowledge of decor materials, fabrication, florals and furniture.
Strong understanding of decor costing and procurement.
Ability to develop decor proposals aligned with client budgets




Understanding of decor sales and client presentations

Ability to coordinate with vendors and production teams
Strong visual sense and attention to detail
Understanding of premium wedding aesthetics
Willingness to work on-site and travel to event locations as required
