Role Description The Team Leader Channel Sales role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for managing and expanding channel partner networks, including brokers, agents, and other real estate intermediaries. Daily tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, guiding team members, and conducting regular meetings with channel partners to drive lead generation and conversions. The Team Leader will coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams, prepare sales reports, analyze market trends,



and ensure customer queries from channel partners are handled promptly and professionally. The role also involves training and mentoring the sales team, maintaining strong relationships with key partners, and supporting the achievement of overall revenue and growth objectives.

Strong Sales skills, including experience in channel sales, lead generation, and closing deals in real estate or related sectors.
