Role Description The Senior Bakery and Pastry Instructor will design and deliver practical and theory-based classes in bakery and pastry, ensuring that students gain strong foundational and advanced skills aligned with industry standards. This full time, on-site role in Delhi,



India includes planning lesson schedules, creating course materials, demonstrating techniques in bread, cookies, desserts, and other baked goods, and supervising hands-on training in the academy’s professional kitchens. The instructor will mentor students, evaluate performance, provide constructive feedback, and support them in preparing for internships and job placements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining kitchen safety and hygiene standards, coordinating with academic and administrative teams, and contributing to curriculum development and continuous improvement of training methodologies.
Qualifications
Expert knowledge and practical experience in bakery and baking techniques, including both traditional and contemporary methods.
Strong skills in food preparation, with specific proficiency in cookies, bread, and a range of pastry items.
