Role Description The Field Collection Agency Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing field collection operations, including planning daily routes, allocating accounts to collection agents, and monitoring the timely recovery of outstanding dues. The manager coordinates with internal teams, client stakeholders, and field staff to ensure adherence to collection policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.



Day-to-day activities include tracking performance metrics, resolving complex or escalated collection cases, guiding and training field agents, and preparing regular reports on collections, risks, and improvement actions. The role also involves implementing process improvements, aligning operations with organizational goals, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach to collections.
