What You'll Own
Work high-quality inbound leads generated through our own SEO and PPC campaigns — you won't be starting from zero every time
Hunt and qualify additional leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking for SEO, PPC, Web Development, and Social Media services
Run the full sales cycle — pitch, negotiate,



close — and build relationships that convert into long-term retainers
Own your pipeline in our CRM with daily discipline: no lead left untouched, no follow-up missed
Partner with our delivery team to make sure what you sell, we deliver
Report weekly on targets, conversions, and pipeline health to leadership
Stay sharp on digital marketing trends so you're never out-argued by a prospect

You'll Thrive Here If You
Have 0-3 years in B2B sales (freshers with hustle and good communication — apply anyway)
Can explain SEO, PPC, and social media ROI in a client's language, not jargon
Have a track record, even a small one, of hitting or beating targets
Are comfortable with CRM tools such as TeleCRM, HubSpot, or Zoho, and social selling
Speak confidently, write clean follow-up emails, and don't fold under a "no"
Want incentive-driven earning — the harder you close, the more you take home
