Role Overview
The Managing Director, India will provide business continuity during the Managing Director transition, with an immediate focus on maintaining compliance and general management responsibilities.
Client will be posting and seeking to hire a full time leader for the Indian subsidiary. The role will encompass the Managing Director responsibilities along with additional long-term responsibilities outlined below.

Key Responsibilities
Indian Governance & Compliance
•Oversee regulatory adherence, including legal, labor, and corporate governance.




•Mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry best practices.

Financial Oversight
•Manage budgeting and reporting.
•Manage, improve, and report financial KPIs.

Talent Management
•Support workforce planning.
•Support talent acquisition.
•Support Learning & Development and identify training needs to develop skills based on market demands.
•Support performance management.
Service Delivery & Operations
•Track and ensure compliance with service delivery policies, processes, and standards.
•Manage resources, ensuring services are delivered within budget and resources are used effectively.
