Our team is currently engaged in decentralized restoration work in Bhopal, Gwalior, Ahmedabad, Ranchi, and Delhi. Our mission is to preserve India’s architectural legacy through expert restoration of monuments, temples, forts, and other heritage structures.
Job Role: Conservation Architect – Built Heritage Restoration, Conservation & Retrofitting Works
This is a full-time in office position based in Delhi, for Monitoring, and documentation purposes.
Key Responsibilities
Study and interpret BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications
Conduct quantity surveying and prepare detailed take-off sheets
Identify and draft extra items and deviation statements
Conduct cost estimation and rate analysis
Prepare reconciliation statements for building materials monthly
Maintain detailed records and documentation for all BOQ items
Candidate Profile
Education: M.Arch Conservation Architect or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Heritage Conservation
Strong understanding of items rate analysis, and building repair/restoration techniques
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary & Incentives
? ₹50,000 – ₹100,000/month, depending on experience, capability
