Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru and manage end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment pipelines and trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




Manage multiple requirements and ensure timely closures.
Coordinate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Robust sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements independently.
Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office.
