GoodEnough Energy Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and driven Sr. Client Solution Associate – Pre-Sales / Inside Sales to join our growing team We are a leading BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) manufacturer in India, with a 7 GWh manufacturing facility, working towards building a more sustainable and reliable energy future.
?What will you do?
As a Sr. Client Solution Associate, you will play a key role in managing our B2B lead generation and pre-sales function, driving customer engagement and supporting the sales pipeline.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Identify, generate, validate & classify relevant B2B leads
• Manage and allocate leads across the pre-sales team
• Ensure timely customer calls, follow-ups and engagement
• Guide and monitor the pre-sales team’s daily activities and performance
• Track leads, customer interactions, opportunities and conversions
• Prepare daily,



weekly & monthly sales/lead performance reports
• Analyze lead data to identify gaps and growth opportunities
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with sales & technical teams
• Maintain accurate and updated prospect/customer databases
• Track lead-to-opportunity movement and support the sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
• Ensure adherence to defined lead management, reporting and documentation processes
? What are we looking for?
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or any relevant field
✅ 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Pre-Sales
✅ B2B sales experience is mandatory
✅ Experience in renewable energy, electrical equipment, BESS, power/energy or a related industry will be an advantage
✅ Solid communication, analytical and customer engagement skills
✅ Ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks and drive follow-
