Job Title: Senior SEO & Search Experience Specialist (SEO, AEO, GEO, ASO)
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact, execution-oriented Search Experience Specialist to own our end-to-end organic visibility. In this role, you won't just be auditing and building strategies—you will be the primary driver of execution.
You will expand our reach across traditional search engines (SEO), AI Answer Engines (AEO), Generative Engine Interfaces (GEO), and App Stores (ASO). The ideal candidate is deeply technical yet content-savvy, possessing a solid bias for action. You will directly implement tags, optimize pages, manage content pipelines, and deploy on-page changes to rapidly scale our organic footprint.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Ownership: Define and execute the roadmap for traditional SEO, AI Search (GEO/AEO), and App Store Optimization (ASO) from initial research to deployment and reporting.
Hands-on Implementation: Directly write, edit, and implement HTML tags (titles, metas, headers, canonicals, schema markup)
and manage CMS page layouts to optimize for search performance.
AEO & GEO Optimization: Structuring site data, creating highly authoritative content, and implementing advanced schema to ensure our brand is the definitive answer in AI engines (like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google Gemini).
ASO Management: Own our app store listings (Google Play & Apple App Store). Execute keyword optimization, A/B test creatives, and optimize descriptions to drive organic app downloads.
Content Execution: Partner with creators or independently produce high-quality, search-intent-driven content. You will own the publishing process, ensuring every page is perfectly optimized for both users and bots before going live.
Technical & On-Page Auditing: Continuously monitor site health, Core Web Vitals, crawl budgets, and indexing issues, fixing front-end errors yourself whenever possible.
