What’s in it for you:

The Group Head – Biddable Media will lead performance marketing strategy and execution across paid search and paid social channels, managing large-scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and other digital platforms.




You will guide a team of performance marketing managers to design full-funnel media strategies, optimize campaigns for ROI, and deliver measurable business results. The role demands a blend of strategic leadership, analytical expertise, and deep platform knowledge.
You’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams (Strategy, Analytics, Creative, Data & Commerce) to translate marketing goals into actionable biddable strategies.

What you’ll bring:

Proven experience (7–10 years) managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
Robust understanding of paid search and paid social ecosystems, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
Hands-on expertise in automated bidding strategies, feed management, audience layering, and advanced campaign structures.
Proven ability to analyze data and derive insights to drive campaign effic
