We are looking for a passionate Project Management Intern to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving projects from planning to execution, coordinating with stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.

Position: Project Management Intern
Location: Chennai
Type: 6 month Internship
Experience Level: 0 to 1 Year
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree.

Key Responsibilities:

College Operations Management:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a current-age undergraduate college, ensuring seamless functioning across various departments.
Collaborate with administrative, academic, and support staff to uphold the institution's standards and enhance educational offerings.




Implement and refine operational procedures and policies that align with the college’s strategic goals, enhancing both student experience and educational outcomes.
Mentor and engage with students throughout their learning journey, supporting their academic progress and personal development.
Program Design and Implementation:
Design and lead implementation plans aligned with project and partner organizations’ goals.
Use Zoho tool to create quizzes and conduct assessments to track student learning, engagement and feedback.
Conduct monitoring and evaluation (M&E;) to measure success metrics and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Program Tracking and Reporting:
Regularly track progress against plans, focusing on programmatic data and analysis.
Develop and share progress reports timely with internal and external stakeholders.
