About The Role

We're looking for a passionate and driven HR Intern – Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. If you're eager to build a career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, we'd love to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed)



and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on predefined job criteria and requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates, including sending calendar invites and reminders.
Conduct initial phone/video screenings and maintain detailed candidate feedback notes.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS tools, and candidate databases.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documentation under supervision.
Assist in organizing recruitment events, campus drives, and employer branding initiatives.
Support the Talent Acquisition team with ad-hoc tasks related to hiring analytics and reporting.
Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and data privacy guidelines.
