That is where you come in. You will not be "assisting the marketing team." You will BE the person who makes sure our content actually ships, on time, every week, across every channel we care about. Consistency is the entire job. If the idea of owning something real in month one excites you more than fetching coffee and making one Canva post a week, keep reading.

What you will actually do

1. Run the founder's LinkedIn page. Ashita Modi is the face of IW. Her page is our biggest growth channel. You will manage the content calendar, prep drafts from her voice notes and ideas, schedule posts, track what works, and make sure the page never goes quiet. You will learn how a founder brand is built, from the inside.
2. Run the IW LinkedIn channel. Same rigour, company voice. Posts, engagement, replies, and keeping the page alive between big announcements.
3. Publish LinkedIn articles.



Longer form thought leadership. You will help research, draft, edit, and publish. Writing matters here. A lot.
4. Send nurture emails to prospects. Warm leads should never go cold because nobody followed up. You will own the nurture sequence: writing, personalising, and sending emails that sound human, then tracking who opens and who replies.
5. Show up everywhere else. Reddit, communities, and other spaces where our buyers hang out. You will find the conversations, join them without being cringe, and build quiet visibility for IW.

What a normal week looks like

Monday you plan the content week with Ashita. Tuesday to Thursday you draft, schedule, and post across the founder page and the IW page, plus push one article forward. Friday you send the nurture batch, report the numbers, and flag what to do differently next week. Every day you spend 20 minutes engaging: comments, replies, commun
