Role Description The Field Representative Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing field service activities, coordinating daily schedules, and supporting field representatives in meeting performance and quality targets. The manager will interact regularly with clients to understand service needs, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include monitoring field operations,



providing training and guidance to team members, and collaborating with sales and service teams to meet business objectives. The role requires maintaining accurate reports on field performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.
