About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to drive team performance, build a strong sales pipeline and ensure achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategize and maintain a robust sales pipeline for assigned products.
Track daily, weekly and monthly performance of team members and take corrective actions where required.
Conduct daily team huddles to communicate targets, motivate the team and drive performance.
Own the overall training and quality of the sales team, providing regular feedback and training interventions.
Monitor key sales metrics including conversion rate, average revenue per lead and average revenue per sale.




Share insights on customer behaviour, market demand and competition with the Marketing team.
Identify critical issues, provide timely reports and recommend solutions.
Contribute to both individual and overall team performance.

Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to deliver effective sales pitches.
Strongly target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Confident, persistent and comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-growing environment.
Robust learning ability and willingness to continuously develop.
Good understanding of CRM management tools such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, NoPaperForms, etc.
Prior experience in a highly target-driven sales environment.
Good to Have
Exposure to Finance & Accounting courses or a similar industry.
