Job Description – Junior Executive - Operations

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Operations Executive to manage and optimize day-to-day operations across Swiggy and Zomato. The role will involve platform management, sales monitoring, menu and pricing updates, campaign coordination, issue resolution, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations on Swiggy and Zomato merchant platforms.
Ensure all restaurant/outlet listings are active, accurate, and updated.
Manage menu, pricing, images, availability, timings, and product information.
Monitor daily orders, sales, cancellations, rejections, and customer ratings.
Coordinate with Swiggy/Zomato representatives for operational issues and escalations.
Track revenue, orders, discounts, commissions, and platform performance.
Support and manage promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts.
Identify opportunities to improve orders, sales, visibility,



and conversion.
Coordinate with restaurant operations, marketing, finance, and customer support teams.
Monitor aggregator settlements and coordinate with finance for reconciliation and discrepancies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS/performance reports.
Maintain records of platform-related activities, issues, and resolutions.
Ensure timely resolution of menu, listing, payment, technical, and operational issues.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of online food-delivery platforms.
Ability to work with sales and operational data.
Solid follow-up and stakeholder-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
