Doros Capital Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Dealer for our Mumbai desk.

We are a retail broking firm preparing for launch on NSE and BSE across the Cash
and F&O; segments. The Senior Dealer will run the dealing desk from go-live and
will have direct input into how the desk is set up.

Role:
- Execute and manage client orders across Cash and F&O; through the trading session
- Work alongside the technology team on RMS configuration — exposure limits,
margin rules and square-off parameters — during the pre-launch phase
- Manage HNI and active-trader relationships on the desk
- Serve as the first point of escalation for order and risk issues during
market hours

Requirements:
- [5]+ years of dealing desk experience with a registered broking firm
- NISM Series-VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification and exchange-approved
user registration
- Sound working knowledge of exchange systems, margin frameworks and
intraday risk controls
- Composure and accuracy under volatile market conditions

Location: Mumbai (in office). SALARY 30000 PER MONTH
