Role Description The Property Claim Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end property and jewellery insurance claims, including initial claim intake, documentation review, and validation of coverage. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, insurers, and assessors; analyzing claim details and supporting evidence; coordinating inspections and valuations; and negotiating settlements within established guidelines.



The Property Claim Manager will maintain accurate claim records, monitor timelines, ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, and provide clear communication to clients throughout the claims process. The role also involves identifying process improvements, supporting internal reporting, and mentoring junior team members on best practices in claims management.
