Role Description The Business Development Officer (BDO) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The BDO is responsible for sourcing recent customers, promoting the bank’s products and services, and building strong relationships with individuals and small businesses. Daily activities include identifying potential clients, conducting field visits, explaining product features and benefits,



and supporting customers through account opening and loan application processes. The role involves meeting sales and outreach targets, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and coordinating with branch and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The BDO also gathers market feedback, participates in local promotional events, and upholds the bank’s values of fairness, transparency, and customer-centric service.
