Role Description The Sales Development Resource internship is a hybrid role based in Kalyan, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. SDR's will support outbound and inbound lead generation activities, including researching target markets, identifying prospects, and assisting with outreach via email, phone, and social channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, qualifying leads based on defined criteria, and coordinating with senior team members to schedule and prepare sales meetings. SDR's will also help monitor campaign performance, follow up with potential customers,



and contribute to the improvement of sales workflows and scripts. This role offers practical exposure to modern sales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement in a fast-paced, founder-focused setting.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation skills, including prospect research and basic familiarity with CRM or sales tools.
