Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries about household, office, vehicle, and corporate relocations. The Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive will provide detailed information on services, pricing, and timelines, and capture customer requirements accurately in the system.



Daily tasks include following up on leads, confirming bookings, coordinating with operations teams, and resolving customer issues or escalations promptly. The role also requires maintaining call records, meeting communication and conversion targets, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction in line with the company’s service values.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear telephone etiquette and active listening.
