We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media & Performance Marketing Expert who can drive our digital presence, generate quality leads, and deliver measurable business growth through data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand and business objectives.
Create and manage engaging content, campaigns, reels, stories and other social formats.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities and healthcare/consumer trends.
Build and grow Soft Hear's online community and brand presence.




Track social media performance and provide regular insights and reports.
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
Drive qualified leads, appointments and clinic-level conversions.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding, audience targeting and optimization.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, landing pages and audiences.
Monitor key metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate and lead quality.
Work closely with the sales/clinic teams to improve lead conversion and campaign ROI.
Develop location-wise campaigns for Soft Hear clinics across India.
Analytics & Growth
Analyze campaign and website data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager and Looker Studio.
Identify growth opportunities and improve marketing funnel performance.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Maintain proper tracking, pixels, events, UTM paramet
