Mandatory Skills:
Experience in HRO / HR Operations / L&D; / HR Shared Services / Back-office Operations
German language proficiency – B1/B2 certification mandatory
Strong written and verbal communication in German & English
Knowledge of HR/L&D; processes preferred
MS Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Solid coordination, attention to detail and process orientation
HR systems/Learning platforms exposure is an advantage
