We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team and help us scale hiring across creative, marketing, operations, and project management roles.
This is a highly execution focused role for someone who enjoys interacting with candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and driving recruitment from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
• Screen resumes and portfolios against hiring requirements
• Conduct initial screening and HR calls
• Assess communication skills, attitude, availability, and overall fit
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow ups
• Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment reports
• Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
What We're Looking For
• 0 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Staffing
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of candidate interactions
• Organized, proactive, and detail oriented
• Someone who takes ownership and enjoys getting things done
Preferred
• Experience hiring for creative, marketing, design, content, or operations roles
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms
