About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead the sales function for Loan Against Property (LAP). The role requires strong expertise in secured lending, team management, and DSA/channel partner management. The ideal candidate should have the ability to drive business growth, build high-performing teams, and strengthen the local sourcing network.

What You will do:
Drive branch-level business for LAP and Home Loan products.
Build and manage a strong network of DSAs, connectors, brokers, and channel partners.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.




Develop sourcing strategies to improve market penetration and business growth.
Monitor team productivity, pipeline management, and conversion metrics.
Maintain strong relationships with key partners, customers, and local market stakeholders.
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities in the region.
Drive customer experience and ensure timely resolution of escalations.

What we're looking for:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
6 to 11 years of experience in LAP/Home Loan sales with team handling experience.
Solid DSA and channel partner network in the local market.
Proven track record of achieving business targets in secured lending.
