Job Title: Senior Agronomist

About the Role




We are looking for a Senior Agronomist / Head Grower to take complete ownership of crop production and farm operations at our facility.
The role will be responsible for crop planning, sowing, growing, nutrient management, crop health, harvesting, yield optimisation and farm utilisation.
This is a hands-on operational role requiring proven commercial hydroponics experience. Academic or hobby-level experience is not sufficient.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end hydroponic crop production from sowing to harvest.
Develop crop calendars and staggered planting schedules for continuous harvest.
Maximise utilisation of available growing infrastructure.
Monitor crop health, growth rates, yield and crop-cycle performance.
Manage pH, EC, DO, nutrient concentration, irrigation and water quality.
Develop and maintain crop-specific nutrient recipes and SOPs.
Manage nutrient requirements, particularly for RO water systems.
Identify and resolve nutritional deficiencies, pest infestation
