Job description:
Candidate needs to be proficient in FE meshing of complex structure using 1D, 2D, & 3D elements. Needs at least 2-5 years of hands-on experience in creating hexahedral, tetrahedral, and combined mesh with transition in ANSYS/NX CAE. Hypermesh meshing experience will be added advantage.
Needs to perform model set-up including but not limited to, material, boundary condition, load, & contact application in ANSYS.



Needs to have valuable understanding and experience in linear & non-linear modeling.
Needs to perform static thermal, structural and modal analyses. Experience in transient thermal, harmonic and buckling analyses will be added advantage.
Needs to perform bolted joint assessment with reduced order and 3D modeling approaches.
Needs to perform fatigue (LCF and HCF) analysis. Work experience in thermo-mechanical fatigue, fracture mechanics and creep analyses will be added advantage.
Needs to validate the results and document the assessment along with results summary and conclusion.
Needs to participate in internal & external reviews and present the assessment to stakeholders.
Needs to perform the task in timely manner with high quality.
Required Skills and Experience:
