We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Junior Placement Coordinator to support our placement and career services team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with students, employers, and internal teams to facilitate placement opportunities and ensure smooth execution of placement activities across branches.

- Position: Junior Placement Coordinator
- Location: Delhi NCR
- Salary Budget: Up to ₹3 LPA
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Travel Requirement: Regular travel to different branches across Delhi NCR is required

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate placement activities across multiple branches.
- Connect and coordinate with companies, recruiters, and employers for placement opportunities.
- Assist in identifying and generating relevant job opportunities for students.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, assessments, and selection processes.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with students regarding job opportunities and interviews.
- Track student placements, interview status, selections, and joining details.




- Maintain accurate placement records, databases, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Academics, Sales, and Operations to ensure smooth placement activities.
- Visit different branches as required to conduct and support placement-related activities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with employers and recruitment partners.
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and companies throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare regular placement reports and share updates with management.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, HR, business development, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid follow-up and relationship management abilities.
