? Experience: 8 years in International Sales / Export Sales / Business Development
? Requirement: European Market experience is mandatory

? Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and manage P&L; for European operations
- Expand distributor & dealer networks across Europe
- Develop market strategies and achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets
- Manage pricing, negotiations, and commercial agreements




- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
- Ensure compliance with European regulations and homologation requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D;, Supply Chain, Service, and Finance teams
