Our services include patent support, research and publication assistance, intellectual property services, and other academic innovation solutions.

Business Development Executive

? Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
? Incentive: 7% of the total revenue generated by the employee per month

? Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, online research, databases, and other digital channels.
• Manage the complete lead-generation and follow-up process from initial contact to conversion.
• Identify potential clients among academicians, researchers, students, innovators, institutions, and research-driven organizations.




• Qualify leads, understand their requirements, and communicate relevant ThinkNew services.
• Maintain and regularly update lead records and CRM/database.
• Conduct qualified follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth lead conversion and client onboarding.
• Track lead status, conversions, revenue generated, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare regular reports on lead pipeline and performance.
• Explore new strategies and channels to improve lead generation and conversion.

? Candidate Profile
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of lead generation, lead qualification, follow-up, and sales conversion.
• Ability to conduct online market research and identify potential prospects.
• Comfortable communicating with academicians, researchers, professionals, and decision-makers.
