- Automation & Software Development (Python, PowerShell, APIs): Design and develop automation solutions, internal tools, self-service portals, and API-driven integrations that streamline onboarding, provisioning, compliance, reporting, and operational workflows across Microsoft 365, Zoom, Webex, ServiceNow, and related platforms.
- Platform Integration & Enterprise Workflows: Build and maintain integrations between collaboration, monitoring, and IT service platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures to enable data synchronization and automated business processes.
- DevOps,
CI/CD & Source Control (Git, GitLab): Manage code repositories, release governance, automated testing, and deployment pipelines to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable delivery of automation and infrastructure solutions.
- Infrastructure Automation & Configuration Management (IaC, Ansible, Chef): Implement infrastructure as code and configuration management practices to standardize deployments, reduce configuration drift, enforce technical standards, and support large-scale device and platform lifecycle management.
- Cloud-Native Platforms & Linux Administration (Docker, Kubernetes, Linux): Deploy and support containerized applications and microservices on Linux-based infrastructure, ensuring scalability, high availability, and operational efficiency.
