AdyGuru is looking for a Junior Meta Ads Executive who has basic hands-on experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads and is eager to grow in the world of performance marketing.
? Location: Gokulpura, Near Kalwar Road, Jaipur
? Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
? Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (Based on Skills & Experience)
? Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

? Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Monitor daily campaign performance and key metrics
- Analyze CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS & Conversion Rate
- Assist with audience research, targeting, placements & budgets
- Test different ad creatives, copy, audiences & marketing angles
- Identify under-performing campaigns and assist with optimization
- Coordinate with Creative, Content & Video Editing teams
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Maintain campaign reports and performance data
- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, features & best practices
? Required Skills
✔ 6 months – 1 year of experience with Meta/Facebook Ads
✔ Basic hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
✔ Understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising
✔ Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics
✔ Analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Willingness to learn and grow
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Experience with D2C / E-commerce brands
- Knowledge of Pixel, Events & Conversion Tracking
- Understanding of A/B Testing
- Familiarity with ad creatives, hooks & marketing angles
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
- Digital Marketing / Meta Ads certification
