Summary:

As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. The workday includes analyzing model outputs, iterating on fine-tuning strategies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the models meet the desired performance standards in diverse applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of fine-tuned language models to meet project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and understanding of large language models.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Operations, Python Frameworks, Generative AI.
- Solid experience in fine-tuning and adapting language models for domain-specific applications.
