TCS is hiring for Incentive Compenstation (Use Case 3)
Exp: 8+ years
Location: Kolkata
- Strong understanding of Sales Compensation and Incentive Compensation processes.
- Experience with ICM platforms such as SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud), Xactly, Varicent, Oracle Incentive Compensation, or Anaplan.
- Knowledge of commission calculations, quotas, credits, and bonus structures.
- Robust SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Excel, reporting, and dashboard tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ETL/data integration processes.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM) concepts.
- Certification in relevant ICM platforms is a plus
