The business is technology-led, highly regulated, and focused on delivering secure, reliable, and resilient trading services to clients globally.

As part of its continued growth and technology maturity, the business is looking to appoint a Head of Technology Services to lead a critical global function across trading platform operations, infrastructure, site reliability, technology support, service management, and security operations

The role

The Head of Technology Services will be responsible for ensuring the organisation’s production technology setting is stable, secure, scalable, and able to support a fast-moving global trading business.

This role requires a leader who can operate across both strategy and execution — someone who understands mission-critical production environments, can strengthen operational resilience, and can lead teams across infrastructure, site reliability,



technology support, observability, and cyber security.

Experience in CFD, FX, online brokerage, trading platforms, capital markets, or similarly complex financial services environments would be highly valuable. Exposure to MT4, MT5, cTrader, proprietary trading platforms, or bridge technologies such as OneZero would be desirable, but not essential.
