We are looking for a seasoned skilled with Finance and Project Operations experience to join our PMO team.
Requirements
What you'll do...
- Generate and distribute monthly project financial reports to relevant stakeholders, highlighting key insights for operational improvements
- Update and circulate weekly budget tracking reports, identifying deviations or overruns and initiating follow-up actions as needed
- Maintain essential documentation such as Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), Rate Cards, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and compliance records
- Support process management by coordinating with sales leaders, project managers, account owners, and senior leadership to ensure consistency
- Oversee milestone and timeline-based invoicing with both internal and client stakeholders
- Coordinate reconciliation processes for invoices against timesheets a
