We are looking for an experienced Head – Enterprise Business & Sales who wants to build the business, not simply manage a sales target.

Role Objective

The role will be responsible for developing and executing the enterprise business strategy for CludoBits, building strategic customer relationships,



creating large solution-led opportunities and developing a high-performance enterprise sales team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of selling IT solutions directly to enterprise customers from an IT System Integrator, OEM or technology solutions organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Business Development
- Develop and execute the enterprise sales strategy aligned with CludoBits Vision 2030.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Heads, Infrastructure Heads, Plant Heads and Procurement leadership.
- Develop current enterprise accounts and expand existing strategic customers.
- Drive large-value, multi-technology solution opportunities.
- Build a healthy enterprise sales pipeline and improve conversion ratios.
- Identify whitespace opportunities through account mining, cross-selling and up-selling.
