Job Description

As a Business Acquisition Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) entering the AssetPlus ecosystem.

This is primarily a calling and business acquisition role focused on lead qualification, opportunity conversion, and pipeline movement. You will engage with marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), understand their profile and intent, and convert them into sales-qualified leads (SQLs) for onboarding and empanelment.

Your responsibilities will be split across two core areas:

1. Enrolment of Prospective MFDs into AssetPlus Academy

You will connect with aspiring MFDs who are interested in exploring mutual fund distribution as a career opportunity. Your role will involve educating them about:
- The mutual fund distribution industry
- The benefits of becoming an MFD
- AssetPlus Academy's training program
- The process of certification and onboarding

You will conduct business prospect presentations, platform demos,



and qualification conversations to encourage candidates to enroll in the training program.

2. Empanelment of Existing ARN Holders

You will also engage with existing Mutual Fund Distributors and introduce them to the AssetPlus platform, helping them understand the value proposition and guiding them toward empanelment with AssetPlus.

As the first level of interaction in the funnel, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality lead qualification, timely follow-ups, and smooth handoff to the onboarding team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Calling & Qualification
- Engage with marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) through outbound calling and follow-ups
- Qualify leads based on intent, profile fit, and readiness to proceed
- Convert qualified leads into SQLs for onboarding and training

Business Opportunity Presentation & Platform Demo
- Conduct 1-on-1 business opportunity presentations and demos
- Educate prospects about:
- Mutual fund distribution as a career/business
