About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Sales to lead a real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing teams, developing business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Lead, manage, motivate, and mentor the sales team.
- Drive sales and revenue growth for the company's real estate projects.
- Generate and convert leads through direct sales, channel partners, brokers, referrals, and other sources.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.




- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Manage and expand the channel partner network.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and take corrective actions where required.
- Ensure timely follow-up and effective conversion of prospective customers.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, finance, and project teams to ensure a smooth sales and customer experience.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable real estate regulations.

Candidate Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably in a managerial/leadership position.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the real estate
